These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Website by natural persons acting as consumers and not for business or professional purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

You may place an order as a guest or by creating an account.

When creating an account, you may be asked to provide your name, address, email, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

  1. Products, pricing & availability

We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, the Company reserves the right to correct errors (including typographical or technical pricing errors).

Product availability is shown on the product page. Certain items may be:

  • Pre-order
  • Made-to-order
  • Personalized/customized
  • Temporarily out of stock

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate or offer cancellation and a refund.

4.1 Placing an order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and accepted these Terms
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

Placing an order constitutes a proposal to purchase.

4.2 Order confirmation & acceptance

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
The order becomes binding only once the Company confirms acceptance and/or dispatch/pickup (for example, through a shipping or pickup-ready email).

The Company may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or system errors
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

Any payment received will be refunded via the original payment method.

Available payment methods are presented at checkout and may include:

  • Card payments via Viva Wallet (all major credit/debit cards)
  • Klarna (where available)
  • PayPal

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Products remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to deliver products within 30 days from order acceptance.

Customers have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Greek and EU consumer law.

Personalized/custom items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Your statutory consumer rights apply, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal, where applicable by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Temporary Website unavailability
  • Delays caused by courier services or force majeure events
  • Typographical or technical errors (including pricing), provided they are corrected promptly

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
