Can I change/cancel my order?

To ensure timely delivery, we prepare and ship your order within hours of its confirmation, therefore we can only change your order after the first hour of placing it either by contacting us through email at [email protected] or by telephone (business hours) at 210-6748418 or via Whats App at +30 697 234 3274 (business hours).

 

What are the methods of payment?

We accept card payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners through the Viva Wallet app.

We also accept payments via Paypal and Klarna.

Cash on delivery:

For orders within Greece you can pay in cash upon delivery of your order with an additional charge of 2 euros.

For purchases over €150, there is no cash on delivery option.

 

Shipping

 

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Of course! Before completing the purchase, you can choose the free option to collect your order from our store (Lykourgou 8, Neo Psychiko). In this case cash on delivery payment is not available.

 

Do you ship outside of Greece?

Of course! Our lovely products can find you everywhere! We ship worldwide with the help of DHL, the shipping costs are 25 euros for delivery within Europe and 35 euros for delivery outside Europe and we use the Economy Select service (by road).

 

What is the shipping fee?

In the Attica area, we offer same day delivery with the extra fee of 5 euros if you place your order before 12:00 p.m!

Orders within Greece (via ACS courier)

The shipping fee for orders within Greece is 3.5 euros.

Orders for the rest of Europe (via DHL courier)

For orders sent within Europe, packages are sent either by DHL Economy Select service (by road) and the estimated cost is 25 euros.

Orders outside Europe (via DHL courier)

For the rest of the world, shipping is done by DHL Economy Select (by road) at a cost of 35 euros.

What is the delivery time?

All orders are received and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

For each order placed before 13:00, Monday through Friday, we ship your order the same day. The delivery date of your order depends on your shipping address and the courier company.

 

Returns 

 

How do I make a return?

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products you ordered.

In order to return a product you need to send us an email at [email protected]

Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels and any accessories in perfect condition for resale. Therefore, they should not have been worn, washed or in any way damaged.

Return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. However the costs for your new order are covered by The Wonder Room.

In the event that you want a refund, this is done within 15 days to your credit card or to the bank account you will specify if the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, from the date we receive your order and the necessary control of the products will be carried out.

Seasonal and sale products, personalized products and cosmetic products are non-refundable.

 

Can I return the products in your physical store?

Of course you can return the products in our physical store, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order, the product and its packaging are intact, and you have the invoice document.

On this case you can immediately exchange your item with another product or receive a credit voucher redeemable in the store within the next 6 months.

 

What do I do if I receive damaged products?

All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or the product is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone (working hours) at 210-6748418 or or via Whats App at +30 697 234 3274 (working hours ) and we will arrange everything!

We will refund your money within 15 days to your credit card or bank account of your choice in case you had paid with cash on delivery.

The shipping costs in this case for the return of the damaged products are covered by us.

 

Gift Wrap

 

Can I order a gift for somebody else?

Of course! You can choose the Gift option at the check-out section and we will work our magic on wrapping your gift free of charge!

 

STORE REGULATIONS

 

The consumer is not obliged to pay if he does not receive the legal document (receipt or invoice).

Changes are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt or change card and the product in its original undamaged packaging.

Seasonal and discount products, personalized products and cosmetic products are not returnable.

Refunds are not made on products purchased from The Wonder Room physical store.

It is possible to issue a credit card, which is valid for 6 months.

Free shipping on orders over 100 euros only applies to purchases made entirely through our online store www.thewonderroom.gr

In the case of defective products, the customer must return the product in its original packaging with all accessories within 14 days. Our company will contact the supplier company in order to carry out the necessary control on the product. Our company is not obliged to replace products which the supplier company, after inspection, did not consider to be defective.
