ORDERS

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

 To ensure timely delivery, we prepare and ship your order within hours of confirmation of your cart, therefore we can only change your order only after the first hour of placing it either by contacting us through email at [email protected] or by telephone (business hours) at 210-6748418.

 

What are the methods of payment?

We accept payment by card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through the Viva Wallet application.

 

Cash on delivery:

For orders within Greece you can pay by cash on delivery when you receive your order with an extra fee of 2 euros.

Shipping

 Can I pick up my order in the store?

Of course! Before the checkout you can choose to either pick up your order from our store or delivery to your door.

 

Do you ship outside of Greece?

Of course! Our lovely products can find you everywhere! We ship worldwide with the help of DHL, shipping costs depending on your location are calculated at checkout!

 

What is the shipping fee?

In the Attica area, we offer same day delivery with the extra fee of 15 euros if you place your order before 12:00 p.m, please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to arrange our same day delivery service.

Orders within Greece (via ACS courier)

The shipping fee is calculated during checkout. 

 

Orders for the rest of Europe (via DHL courier)

For orders shipped within Europe, packages are either shipped with DHL Express Worldwide service (via air) or with DHL Economy Select (via road) and the cost is calculated at checkout.

 

Orders outside Europe (via DHL courier)

For the rest of the world shipping is processed with DHL Economy Select with a cost of 35 euro.


What is the delivery time?

 

All orders are received and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

For each order placed before 13:00, Monday through Friday, we ship your order the same day.  The delivery date of your order depends on your shipping address and the courier company.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

How do I make a return?

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products you ordered.

In order to return a product you need to send us an email at [email protected]

Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels and any accessories in perfect condition for resale. Therefore, they should not have been worn, washed or in any way damaged.

Return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. However the costs for your new order are covered by The Wonder Room.

 

Can I return the products in your physical store?

Of course you can return the products in our physical store, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order, the product and its packaging are intact, and you have the invoice document.

On this case you can immediately exchange your item with another product or receive a credit voucher redeemable in the store within the next 6 months.

 

What do I do if I receive damaged products?

All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or the product is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange everything!

We will refund your money within 15 days to your credit card or bank account of your choice in case you had paid with cash on delivery.The shipping costs in this case for the return of the damaged products are covered by us.

 

 

Gift Wrap

Can I order a gift for somebody else?

Of course! You can choose the Gift option at the check-out section and we will work our magic on wrapping your gift free of charge!
